Problem Resolution

$30 per half hour + HST 

When time or distance prevents access to an "At Your Home" visit.

Sometimes instructions over the telephone can help correct a minor behaviour issue. We are happy to assess your situation, provide feedback and propose a possible solution. The minimum block of time you can purchase for telephone assistance is thirty minutes. Feel free to purchase a block or multiple blocks of time and give us a call.
